As a friendly reminder for all when dealing with an a new client; Sales please attain two points of contact when on boarding a client and Customer Service please verify these contacts or update them in ZOHO and CollectOne with the correct points of contact.
For existing clients, please verify contacts as well.
This will help us with building client relations, keeping us organized and retaining clients.
